PIMS Group is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team at our Queensland Broadmeadow Project.

About the Role
As a Project Administrator, you will support the Project Manager and the broader Broadmeadow Team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the Project Manager and team.
- Managing workforce systems, including competency management and payroll.
- Keeping personal training records and updating the competency management database.
- Handling maintenance administration tasks such as filing servicing reports, work orders, and daily reports.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate we are seeking will:
- Demonstrate interest in their chosen profession;
- Possess a strong work ethic with a great attendance record;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with limited direction to manage multiple conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, exercise professional judgement in a constructive manner and deliver high quality results within required timeframes in a complex and a dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Office 365, and in particular Excel;
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated experience working in a high volume environment;
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
