About the Role
We're a local Gold Coast window cleaning business looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking casual cleaner to join the team. This is a straightforward role with flexible weekday hours — and best of all, your weekends are always free.
You'll be working in residential and commercial properties across the Gold Coast, cleaning interior and exterior windows to a high standard. Because you'll be entering clients' homes and working unsupervised, integrity is non-negotiable.

Your Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows at residential and commercial properties
- Work safely and confidently at heights using ladders
- Represent the business professionally inside clients' homes
- Handle equipment with care and leave job sites spotless
- Communicate any issues or job notes back to the owner promptly
What We Need From You
- Own reliable car and a current, valid Australian driver's licence — essential, non-negotiable
- Comfortable working on ladders at varying heights
- Comfortable working inside people's homes — you must be presentable, polite, and trustworthy
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in Queensland conditions
- Strong attention to detail — streaks and missed spots are not acceptable
- A genuine work ethic — clients are trusting you in their space
Experience & Trust Requirements
We don't require formal window cleaning experience — we can train the right person. What we CANNOT train is character.
Because this role involves working inside people's homes, often without direct supervision, we require:
- A paid trial shift on a real job before any ongoing offer — for both our sakes
- Verifiable references from previous employers, supervisors, or long-term clients who can speak directly to your honesty and reliability — not just your work performance
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check (we will cover the cost)
- A history of stable employment or demonstrated commitment in previous roles — job-hopping with no explanation is a red flag
- Zero history of theft, fraud, or dishonesty in any workplace
