Provide support and interventions to guests experiencing gambling harm, including those under self-exclusion or Gambling Harm Exclusion

Support safer gambling outcomes by reviewing guest behaviour and responding to alerts across rostered day and night periods

Conduct welfare checks and respond to inquiries with empathy, escalating concerns as needed per safer gambling protocols

Develop and deliver health promotion initiatives in collaboration with Marketing to raise awareness of safer gambling

Ensure compliance with Northern Territory Codes of Practice and maintain accurate records for audit and regulatory purposes

Monitor and report on program effectiveness, including preparing monthly reports and tracking key trends

Participate in ongoing training, support initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in guest support and safer gambling practices

Previous experience in a similar role working with vulnerable individuals or within gambling, gaming, or hospitality

NT Responsible Service of Gambling and NT Responsible Service of Alcohol

Ability to obtain a NT Casino Operative License (Administration)

Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, Health Promotion or similar, preferred

Mental Health First Aid, preferred

Ability to work across a 7 day roster
