THE ROLE
We're on the lookout for a bartender who actually loves what they do. Not someone who just pours drinks and waits for their shift to end — someone who owns the bar, reads the room, makes guests feel like regulars from their first visit, and takes genuine pride in every drink they send out.
This is a casual role at our brand new Kent Town venue, with real potential for ongoing hours as we grow. Whether you're a seasoned bar professional or a talented up-and-comer ready to step up, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Crafting and serving drinks to an Awesome, Not Average standard — every glass, every time.
- Creating a genuine connection with every guest — warm, confident, and real.
- Running a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar throughout every shift.
- Upselling cocktails, premium spirits, and specials through genuine knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Maintaining full RSA compliance — you know the rules and you own them.
- Supporting the floor and management team to keep the whole venue humming.
YOU ARE
- A confident, personable bartender with a genuine passion for your craft.
- Reliable, energetic, and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
- Holder of a current RSA certification (mandatory).
- Someone who takes pride in their presentation and their work.
- Available for casual shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
