Gotti’s Pizzeria is looking for an experienced and reliable Pizza Chef to join our team.
We specialise in authentic wood-fired pizzas made with quality ingredients and dough fermented for 48 hours.
The Role
- Preparing and stretching pizza dough
- Topping and cooking pizzas
- Operating a wood-fired oven (experience preferred)
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working efficiently during busy service periods

- Previous pizza-making experience
- Ability to work Thursday to Sunday evenings
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well under pressure
- Passion for quality food
