Membership Consultant

We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Membership Consultant to join our Plus Fitness team! If you're passionate about helping people, enjoy meeting new faces and love being involved in your local community, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating a welcoming, friendly environment where every member feels at home.
- Driving membership sales and helping new members kick-start their fitness journey.
- Building relationships in the local community through outreach, events and partnerships.
- Creating engaging social media content and confidently representing the club online.
- Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the club.
- Celebrating member milestones and helping create a positive, motivating club culture.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping people.
- A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people from all walks of life.
- Someone who is motivated by sales and achieving goals.
- Comfortable creating content, appearing on social media and engaging with our online community.
- A positive, reliable team player with a can-do attitude.
- Someone who loves getting involved in community events and local outreach.
- The flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
- A willingness to obtain a current First Aid and CPR certification if you don't already have one.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing or the fitness industry is a bonus, but not essential.
