We’re looking for a passionate Certificate III Early Childhood Educator to join our Empowered family!
We are a small, boutique, family-owned service with a close-knit team and a strong focus on creating a warm, supportive environment for both our children and educators.
About the role:
- Part-time position – approximately 3–4 days per week
- Must be flexible with shifts and working hours
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Strong English communication skills – both spoken and written
- Basic IT/computer skills for completing online documentation and using digital childcare platforms
- Passionate, reliable and enthusiastic
- Works well within a positive and supportive team
- Committed to providing high-quality care and education
