The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and personable, to join our team as a Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant & Front Desk Staff.
This role is the heartbeat of our clinic. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating exceptional client experiences while ensuring day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience: Warmly greet patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure every client feels cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
- Patient Processing: Schedule appointments, handle billing via HICAPS and EFTPOS, manage client files, and send reminders.
- Administrative Support: Manage phone inquiries, monitor emails, handle client records, and process day-to-day paperwork.
- Clinic Upkeep: Maintain the presentation of the reception area, assist practitioners with room changeovers, and support smooth patient flow throughout the day.
