About the Role
As our Barista, you'll be the heart of our coffee service, ensuring every cup is made with consistency, care, and quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffees and other beverages
- Deliver friendly and welcoming customer service
- Maintain a clean and organised coffee station
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous barista experience
- Can confidently dial in espresso and texture milk
- Is passionate about specialty coffee and customer service
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Is reliable, positive, and a strong team player
- Has weekend availability (preferred)
