We are accepting applications for a Frontline Manager to lead and effectively manage our team on night shift in our Multipack department. This is a frontline leadership role best suited to someone who genuinely prefers a night shift lifestyle and thrives in a challenging, high-responsibility operational environment with full ownership of shift performance. You’ll lead a team of 12-14 operators, driving outcomes across safety, quality and output while building a strong, engaged and high-performing culture.
During the interview you will provide us with clear, practical examples of how you’ve led teams and managed challenges. This would be supported by proven experiences mentioned on your CV.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop frontline teams to build a high-performance, accountable culture

Drive engagement through huddles, recognition, feedback and development planning

Provide hands-on leadership to resolve issues and deliver safety, quality, cost and service targets

Champion safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance and disciplined execution

Optimise labour, resources and cost performance across shift operations

Use data and continuous improvement to drive sustainable results across shifts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years proven leadership experience in food manufacturing / production environments

Proven ability to deliver results in high-pressure, fast-paced operations

Strong people leadership capability including performance management, coaching and engagement

Confident communicator with ability to work cross-functionally across Operations, Engineering and Quality.

Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP and continuous improvement principles
