We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and keen to obtain a formal qualification. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Chef to learn and grow in a professional, fast-paced environment. As an Apprentice Chef, you will work closely with our experienced culinary team, gaining hands-on experience and comprehensive training in all aspects of kitchen operations.
About the role
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes under the supervision of senior chefs
- Learn and practice food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety protocols
- Participate in menu planning and contribute with your creative ideas
- Assist with the daily cleaning and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is maintained properly
- Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotations
- Support the team during busy service periods, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Continuously develop culinary skills through training and practical experience

- A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices
- Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude
- Previous kitchen experience or culinary education is advantageous but not required
