Coffee Club Southgate, in Cannon Hill, is seeking Great Service Attendants / Front of house team members to join our team. We are a local café with a strong presence in our community. We have fantastic customers that we enjoying seeing everyday and know each of them by name (and of course drink).
About the role:
You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience by providing great customer service.
You will also be responsible for waiting tables, stock rotation, cash handling, cleaning and ensuring the store remains at the highest level of hygiene and some making of some drinks.
This is a casual position
About you:
- A natural host who enjoys interacting and getting know our customers
- Detailed matter, from accurate order taking through to store cleanliness
- Experience with providing table service in a busy fast paced café
- Available to accommodate a 7 day rotating roster from open to close
- Excellent customer service is in your blood
- Strong communicator and team player
- You’re 100% committed to providing a great service
