Store Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and hands on Store Manager to lead the Caloundra team.
You’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while building, coaching and motivating a high performing team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in restaurant, hospitality, QSR or retail management with minimum 2-3 years experience.
- A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a team
- Impeccable customer service standards
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast paced environment
- Highly organised, reliable and proactive
- Comfortable managing busy service periods
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Someone who takes pride in presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Caloundra team
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain consistently high customer service standards
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Train, coach and develop team members
- Manage service flow during busy periods
- Assist with rostering, stock, ordering and operational requirements
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ensure the restaurant is presented to an exceptional standard
- Jump in and support the team wherever needed
- Create a positive, energetic and supportive team culture
Front of House Customer Service Superstars
We’re looking for energetic, friendly and passionate FOH Superstars who love people and genuinely enjoy creating great experiences.
We're looking for people who understand that great hospitality is about more than simply taking an order or packing one. It’s about making guests feel welcome, looked after and excited to come back.
What We're Looking For
- A naturally friendly, energetic and outgoing personality
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Someone who loves meeting people and making them smile
- A team player who is happy to jump in wherever needed
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm, friendly and efficient during busy periods
- Reliable, punctual and proactive
- Pride in presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail
- Hospitality, restaurant, QSR or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and look after our guests
- Deliver exceptional dine in customer service
- Take and pack orders, as well as process transactions accurately
- Serve and assist guests throughout their dining experience
- Help create a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere
- Assist with food preparation and service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the restaurant
- Restock and keep the store organised
- Support your teammates wherever needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift
