Hampton is looking for an experienced Boilermaker to join our Carosue Dam team.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and assembly
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a variety of tools and equipment, including hand and power tools, welding equipment, and cutting torches
- Effectively perform routine maintenance on equipment, determining when and what kind of maintenance is required
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts, using welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
- Prioritise and complete unplanned maintenance tasks that require BMW services as required
- Install and repair machines, including attaching valves, fittings, and other components
- Test and inspect completed work to ensure that it meets quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HD Mechanics, to complete projects

About you:
- You will possess, at a minimum, a Certificate lll In Boilermaking/Welding
- You have experience working on heavy duty earthmoving plant & equipment
- You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and precision in your work
- You can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- You must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
- You hold a current National Police Clearance or have the ability to obtain one
