About the Role
As a Trainer & Assessor, you'll play a key role in preparing students for rewarding careers in Early Childhood Education & Care.
You'll deliver engaging and practical learning experiences, guide students throughout their learning journey, and assess their competencies in line with industry, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
This part-time role based in Adelaide offers an excellent opportunity to build a meaningful career in vocational education while sharing your professional knowledge and experience with future Early Childhood Education professionals.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, engaging training and assessment for the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans that support meaningful learning outcomes.
- Create an engaging learning environment that encourages participation, confidence, and professional growth.
- Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive, and meaningful feedback.
- Support students from diverse backgrounds and with different learning needs.
- Share relevant industry knowledge and practical insights to prepare students for the workplace.
- Ensure training and assessment practices meet VET regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and delivery practices.
Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from both experienced Trainers & Assessors and passionate Early Childhood Education professionals looking to transition into training and assessment.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), or currently working towards completion.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher, or a relevant related qualification.
- Demonstrated industry experience in Early Childhood Education & Care.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current National Police Check.
