Part Time Barista / Floor Supervisor - Pantry Glen Iris
Pantry Glen Iris is looking for an experienced and motivated Barista / Floor Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment, loves great coffee, and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for both front-of-house service and supporting day-to-day floor operations, including:
- Dialing in and consistently producing high-quality coffee
- Leading service during busy periods
- Supervising and supporting junior staff
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the floor
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar café role
- Strong barista skills and coffee knowledge
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused attitude
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Availability across weekdays and weekends
