Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Part-Time Sales Consultant that may lead to Full Time with growth to join our Mascot operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about sales performance, customer service excellence, and achieving outstanding results in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving branch revenue and business growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored vehicle rental solutions, and maximising every sales opportunity.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will help create a culture of performance, accountability, and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and contribute to branch revenue growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and conversion targets
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the rental journey
- Proactively follow up leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities
- Promote Evolve Rentals' products and services to maximise business growth
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes
- Complete daily administrative and reconciliation tasks as required
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused branch environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch performance goals
