Flo Strength is a boutique strength and conditioning gym on Sydney's upper north shore. We address every client by name. Our class limit of 10 allows for real coaching depth and workouts personalised to the person in front of you.
We take a holistic approach to health. Training is the mechanism. We also help clients eat real food, build a deeper understanding of their own health, and run regular breathwork sessions.
Our clients range from executives chasing high performance, to parents rebuilding their fitness, to older clients maintaining their independence, to injured clients working their way back. We have a particular focus on young parents, including a dedicated mothers' class with complimentary childminding.
We are looking for a coach who walks the talk. Someone who understands training principles and knows how to adapt them to the person in front of them, not just deliver a fixed program. Positive, energetic and genuinely caring, with the confidence to build real relationships with clients.
No sales calls, no marketing, no admin. Your energy goes entirely into your coaching and your clients.
Background in CrossFit, functional training, or strength and conditioning welcome. Rehab experience is a strong plus.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who coaches the person, not the program
- Strong ability to give variations, options and scaling for movements
- Confidence to build genuine relationships with clients, in and out of sessions
- Comfortable coaching a broad range of people, from postpartum mothers to executives to older adults
- Hungry to grow, with the drive to eventually lead
