Introduction:
The Position
We are seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver and Labourer to join our Concrete Maintenance team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role combining truck driving, plant operation and manual labour on concrete maintenance projects across Melbourne. You will work alongside the crew carrying out demolition, site preparation and general concrete works.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR trucks safely between the yard and worksites.
- Assist with concrete demolition, preparation and maintenance works.
- Operate demolition saws, Wacker plates and other small plant.
- Operate an excavator where suitably experienced and ticketed.
- Complete manual tasks, including loading, unloading and site clean-up.
- Follow all safety, environmental and quality requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- HR licence and demonstrated truck-driving experience.
- Previous civil construction, concrete or maintenance experience.
- Confidence using demolition saws, Wacker plates and small plant.
- Excavator experience and relevant tickets are highly regarded.
- White Card.
- Strong safety awareness and a willingness to undertake manual work.
- Reliable, practical and able to work effectively as part of a crew.
