Sydney’s oldest continually licensed hotel, located in the historic Rocks precinct and home of Australia's oldest pub brewery. The Lord is recognised around the world for its award-winning beers, wine list, food and accommodation.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager at The Lord Nelson you are responsible for but not limited to:
- Comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage menu offerings
- Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to manage a given section during service periods
ABOUT YOU
As a driven, passionate and focused individual, the skills and attributes required of experienced staff include:
- Proven experience in informal dining or comparable high-end hospitality settings
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service coupled with outstanding communication skills
- Strong ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure during peak periods
- Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Valid RSA certification
- Commitment to delivering top-tier performance consistently
- Food handling certification
