We provide professional repair services for laptops, desktops, Macs, and gaming computers. We're looking for a skilled technician who enjoys diagnosing and repairing a wide range of computer issues.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software faults.
- Replace laptop screens, keyboards, batteries, hinges, fans, SSDs, RAM, and charging ports.
- Repair Windows PCs and Apple MacBooks.
- Install and configure Windows and macOS.
- Perform data backup and recovery.
- Troubleshoot motherboard and charging issues.
- Test all repairs before returning devices to customers.
Requirements
- Experience repairing laptops and desktop computers.
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Apple, and MSI devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service.
Preferred Skills
- MacBook repair experience.
- Motherboard diagnostics.
- Soldering experience.
- Data recovery knowledge.
