We have a permanent full-time employment opportunity, working standard business hours, Monday to Friday. No rotating rosters, no weekends and no early starts or late evening finishes.
What you'll be doing

Answer incoming calls and manage service booking requests

Accurately process bookings in our job management system (SalesForce)

Manage customer enquiries relating to bookings, warranties, and product issues

Provide updates to customers on their booking status

Escalate customer complaints to the appropriate department for resolution
Essential skills and experience

Strong customer focus and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal communication skills

Patience and understanding from a customer's viewpoint

A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a proactive mindset

Contact centre or other relevant customer service background
