What you'll need:
- Experience as a Boner or in a similar meat processing role, ideally in beef
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of beef cuts, anatomy and cutting lines
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Good attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work well in a team
- Physical capacity for repetitive, hands-on work in a processing environment
- Current Australian working rights or a completed relevant skills assessment and eligibility to meet Subclass 482 sponsorship requirements
For Subclass 482 sponsorship, applicants must generally have at least 12 months of relevant work experience, meet English, health and character requirements, and satisfy any occupation-specific skills assessment requirements. Visa sponsorship is subject to role eligibility and company requirements.
