The Opportunity
Veris are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our successful Perth property team.
We have a large team of Licensed Surveyors offering a wealth of knowledge and support. You would be tasked with managing a client & project portfolio. The position will be predominantly field work on large Greenfield subdivisions and a proportionate amount of office time.
This role will see your responsibilities include but not be limited to:
- Undertaking as-constructed surveys on subdivision development projects
- Other survey requirements such as detail surveys and setting out surveys – as required
- Data processing
- Effectively manage and control the survey data and documentation for delivery to consultants and internal team members.
- Ensure work is carried out within Veris, the clients, and regulatory authority guidelines effectively and professionally at all times
- Provide operational support to clients and
- On site management of projects and contractors
About You
- Suitable Surveying qualification, including degree or diploma
- Around 4 or more years’ experience in surveying with WA experience preferable
- Must be able to work seamlessly with multiple sites and Veris Project Managers
- Proficiency in the use of relevant survey equipment, Leica preferred
- Proficiency in survey/drafting software, preferably Magnet and Bricscad
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
- The ability work as an effective team member and to mentor other staff, set objectives and support achievements to maximise successful client deliverables
