Brioche by Philip is a busy specialty café located in Eastland Shopping Centre, Ringwood. We're looking for a reliable, energetic and customer-focused Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team.
This is a hands-on role with variety every day. You'll work across food preparation, customer service and general café operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Morning food preparation, including assembling croissants, baguettes, sandwiches and cabinet food
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders and operating the POS
- Preparing and toasting sandwiches and light café meals
- Running food and drinks to customers
- Assisting the barista by preparing espresso shots during busy periods
- Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Restocking displays, fridges and service stations
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting the team with general café duties as required
About You
- Previous café or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, positive and customer-focused
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Organised, reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn and work across all areas of the café
- Available to work weekdays and at least one weekend day
- Ideally located within a short driving distance of Ringwood
- Must have valid Australian working rights
