TITLE: General Manager (Perth WA)
REPORTS TO: CEO
START DATE: Immediate
LOCATION: Perth, WA 6000
HOURS: Full Time
We’re replicating our flagship Work Work program and hospitality business in Perth, launching in Q2 2027. With the support of Two Good HQ in Sydney, you will launch and build Two Good Co in Western Australia. We know what works in Sydney, but it is important we take the time to mould the operations to suit Perth - both commercially and in how we deliver impact.
The role spans the hospitality business (catering, café and events) and the delivery of the Work Work program, supporting vulnerable women from recruitment all the way through to graduation and beyond.
The role is based in Perth, at a landmark riverfront site; we will share the location, and details of our launch partner, with shortlisted candidates.
Reporting to the CEO, with the full support of Two Good HQ in Sydney, you will:
-
Own commercial and operational leadership for Perth - the P&L, budgets, revenue targets, sales growth and operational excellence for the site.
-
Lead the launch project for the new Two Good site, working with established and new stakeholders to ensure we open on time and on budget.
-
Deliver, measure and report the impact of the Work Work program in WA, ensuring it is aligned to our Theory of Change and produces strong outcomes on impact and post-graduation employment pathways.
-
Champion and embed trauma informed practice across the WA team, modelling it personally and holding others accountable to it.
-
Recruit, build, lead and develop the WA team across hospitality and program delivery, managing them in a way that sustains high capability and engagement.
-
Establish and grow Two Good's presence and reputation in WA from a standing start, building relationships with shelters, caseworkers, community organisations, philanthropic partners and customers.
-
Ensure the WA entity meets its governance, compliance and WHS obligations, and manage operational risk.
Someone who is both passionate about our purpose and has extensive experience running a business or P&L in Western Australia. This role will suit a senior leader who has:
-
Multi-site hospitality experience including P&L ownership (other multi-site businesses would be considered).
-
Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, including managing managers.
-
Strong understanding of social impact measurement and frameworks, including Theory of Change, outcomes measurement and impact reporting.
-
Experience building something new, whether a launch, a new site, a new market or a significant change program.
-
Established networks in Western Australia across business, hospitality and community sectors, or the ability to build them quickly.
-
We are team, we take care of each other
-
Everyone is equal at our table
-
Small things matter most
-
Connection with community
-
Profit for purpose
Above all, you are passionate about social causes and can get behind the Two Good Co purpose of helping vulnerable women.
