About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Casual Club Attendant to join our team.
This role is hands-on across bar, gaming and floor service, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests
- Serve food and beverages efficiently across bar and function areas
- Support gaming operations in line with club standards
- Assist with customer enquiries and service requests
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile floats accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Uphold RSA, RCG and club compliance standards
About You
- Experience in hospitality, clubs or customer service (essential)
- Previous gaming, TAB or Keno experience desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
- Confident cash handling skills
- Current RSA & RCG (essential)
- Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends & public holidays
- Valid working rights in Australia
