You'll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care across a range of aged care services.
What You'll Be Doing:

Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans

Delivering rehabilitation, falls prevention, and mobility programs

Collaborating with nursing, lifestyle, and care staff to support resident wellbeing

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards
About You:

Degree-qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
-
Experience in aged care or rehabilitation (highly regarded)

Passionate about working with older adults

Self-motivated and able to work independently
