Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Business Systems Analyst you will:
- Collaborate of data integrity and business system improvement release cycles
- Prepare technical documentation to support the release and business as required.
- Provide plain language advice and documentation on technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Execute change impact analysis and elicit business requirements through workshops with key business stakeholders
- Define acceptance criteria, create user stories and process/data mapping and documentation to enable Fineos (Navigator) system design/build of the solution.
- Serve as a liaison between release/project stakeholders across D&T and business stakeholders.
- Participate in planning, identification of roadblocks and execution of change deployment.
- Configuration and execution of Fineos (Navigator) testing and integration testing (i.e. SUNSystems, Kofax, Attendant Care Portal & Life Cost Estimator) through the various project lifecycles ensuring defects are managed and traced back to the requirements.
- Prepare test cases, drives the User Acceptance testing and documentation of test evidence.
- Execute PVT during dress rehearsal and on the actual night of deployment, and coordinates business verification testing.
- Prepare project documentation via JIRA and Confluence.
- Provide hyper care support to business in monitoring, resolving issues and document post implementation.
