There are currently 65+ of us – researchers, strategists, designers, technologists, and producers – working from our head office in Collingwood and remotely from co-working spaces and homes across Australia.
This role sits within one of our Digital Product teams – cross-discipline delivery teams that operate as their own business units, each led by a Business Director.
You're an experienced digital producer who thrives on the detail of delivery. You know how to keep a project or partnership on track – managing scope, risk, and communication so your team, and your partners, always know where things stand.
You've built genuine craft in production: you can run a workshop, write a statement of work, manage a budget, and hold a calm line when priorities shift. You're not chasing a leadership title just yet – you're focused on sharpening your delivery skills, building your commercial instincts, and taking on more as you're ready for it.
You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, help deliver great outcomes for our partners, and play a growing role in how we win and shape new work.
On a normal week, you might:
- Lead delivery on one or more projects end to end, keeping scope, budget, and timelines on track.
- Write and refine statements of work, tracking assumptions, risks, and dependencies as the work evolves.
- Run stand-ups, workshops, and partner check-ins, keeping your team and clients aligned on progress.
- Contribute to scoping and estimating for proposals, bringing a delivery lens to new business.
- Track budgets and forecasts, raising risks early and keeping profit margin on target.
- Coordinate research, design, and development inputs so the right work happens at the right time.
- Contribute to case studies and retrospectives once a project wraps up.
- Experience in digital project or product delivery, ideally 4 or more years, delivering research, design, or technology engagements.
- Comfort managing scope, budget, and timelines on partnerships of meaningful size.
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Confident stakeholder communication, and the judgement to know when to escalate.
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary environments, using delivery tools such as Jira and Asana.
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach, and a genuine interest in growing your delivery and commercial skills over time.
- Experience contributing to proposals, scoping, or business development.
- Exposure to digital products in the public, community, or non-profit sectors.
Your projects land on time and on budget. Partners give positive feedback.
You contribute to scoping and estimating for proposals, and to marketing activity and case studies.
The salary range for this role is $106,000 – $118,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
