The Role
Manage a portfolio of key clients across NSW, ensuring they receive a seamless experience at every interaction.
This role is centred around delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving long-term customer retention and portfolio growth.
What you will be doing:
- Leading Strategic Relationships: Nurture, manage and grow partnerships with your key clients, delivering solutions that make a real impact.
- Drive Innovation & Growth: Collaborate with talented internal teams to identify new opportunities, shape business outcomes, and achieve sales targets.
- Empower Digital Transformation: Be at the forefront of Infrastructure, AI & Cloud technology, helping clients evolve and succeed.
- Drive Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class account management to ensure high client satisfaction
- Strategic Bid & Solution Leadership: Manage bids end-to-end, partnering with presales, delivery and leadership teams to develop tailored, customer-centric solutions.
What skills and experience you'll bring:
- 8+ years of success in IT Account Management, Client Partnership or a similar position.
- Strong background of driving revenue growth, expanding strategic accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide IT and telecommunications engagements across diverse client environments.
- Skilled in consultative selling, building trusted relationships and translating customer challenges into solutions.
- Experience operating within and Managed Services Provider, Systems Integrator or outsourced delivery environments, with a strong understanding of service-led customer engagement.
