Casual Duty Manager – Jefferies Provedore Croydon Hills & Blackburn

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Duty Manager to join the team someone reliable, hands-on, and confident leading a shift. If you love a fast-paced environment and believe in doing things properly, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the team and keep things running smoothly, mostly at our Croydon Hills location, with the occasional shift at Blackburn.
Oversee daily operations across grocery, fresh produce, café, giftware and florist areas
Support the team with energy, direction, and a positive attitude
Open and close the store as needed
Ensure shelves and displays are tidy, stocked and looking great
Jump in wherever needed — from registers to coffee-making to customer help
Handle any issues with calm, common sense and care
Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming space for both customers and staff
Be flexible and willing to work across both our Croydon Hills and Blackburn stores.
What We’re Looking For:
Retail or hospitality experience (previous leadership a bonus)
A natural communicator who’s good with people and keeps a level head
Hands-on, proactive and happy to lead by example
Reliable, responsible and team-minded
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
RSA (or willingness to get one)
