ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a motivated and solution focused Coordinator to join the Sustainability and Environment Team and help support environmental management and compliance across our operations.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team, contributing to some meaningful work across the business. You will support the delivery and continuous improvement of our Environmental Management System (aligned to ISO 14001), helping ensure our operations meet regulatory requirements and environmental standards. You will assist with environmental monitoring, site inspections, reporting, and the implementation of environmental management plans across our sites.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will provide practical environmental advice, support compliance activities, contribute to investigations and corrective actions, and help promote a strong environmental culture across the business.
This role is based across both East Perth and the Perth Airport location, offering variety in your work locations. It’s a part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) on a 12-month max-term contract, with flexibility around how those hours are worked.
We are looking for a candidate who brings:

A recently completed (or near completed) degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related discipline

An understanding of environmental legislation and compliance requirements, ideally within Western Australia

A collaborative mindset

Familiarity with ISO14001 environmental management systems (highly regarded)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
