Vacupack Pty Ltd – Moorabbin VIC
Vacupack is a growing food packaging manufacturer supplying some of Australia's leading food brands. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse & Facilities Assistant to support our warehouse, office, and site housekeeping activities.
This is a part-time / casual position working approximately 3 days per week. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workplace and enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse and office housekeeping
- Sweeping, general cleaning, and maintaining tidy work areas
- Outdoor housekeeping, including blowing leaves and keeping external areas presentable
- Managing cleanroom laundry, including washing and drying lab coats and garments used in our food manufacturing environment
- Cleaning and maintaining office desks, meeting rooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces
- Wiping desks, kitchen appliances, and loading/unloading dishwashers
- Monitoring stationery, consumables, and disposable items
- Performing stock counts and replenishing office and warehouse supplies
- Assisting with warehouse support tasks when required
- Assisting with purchasing activities and occasional collection of supplies
- Supporting office administration and site improvement activities as required

Preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse support, facilities, cleaning, housekeeping, or general maintenance roles
- Current driver's licence
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
