A Food & Beverage Attendant works in restaurants, hotels, cafés, bars, casinos, resorts, and event venues serving food and drinks to customers and ensuring good customer service.
Common duties include:
Greeting and seating customers
Taking food and beverage orders
Serving meals, drinks, coffee, wine, or cocktails
Processing payments and operating POS systems
Setting up and clearing tables
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Assisting kitchen or bar staff during busy periods
Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally
Following RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) rules if alcohol is served
Pay: $4,200.00 – $5,600.00 per month
