Availability
- 10-20 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am - midnight (rotating roster)
- Full availability between Friday - Sunday required
Key duties include:
- Daily fresh food preparation
- Working between prep, grill, fry, dressing stations
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Supporting customer service when required
- Working as part of a team across all areas of the restaurant

- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
- Kitchen or food prep experience
- Flexible availability across days and nights
- RSA or willingness to obtain
