Join the Team at Meldora Land Management (MLM) as we expand our footprint in the Morago/Pretty Pine region of the Riverina.
Meldora Land Management is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing Pretty Pine Aggregation.
Working closely with the Farm Manager and wider farm team, you’ll help keep administrative processes running smoothly, documentation up to date and communication flowing across the farm and support office.
This is a casual opportunity of approximately 2-3 days per week with the scope to increase as operations grow. With flexibility around start and finish times this role is ideally suited to someone local looking for a role that can work around other commitments, such as school hours.
Ability to be on-site is preferred; however, working from home or another location or other flexible arrangements may be considered.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Pretty Pine Aggregation on a casual basis.
Working closely with the Farm Manager, farm team and broader support functions, this role will help ensure administrative processes run smoothly, documentation is accurate and key information is kept organised and up to date.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a busy team and contributing to a professional and growing agricultural operation.
What You’ll Be Doing

Provide administrative support for day-to-day farm operations
- Assist with suppliers, invoices and purchasing administration
- Support the onboarding of new employees and contractors
- Keep farm records, compliance documentation and business systems up to date
- Assist with logistics, parts and general farm coordination
- Support communication between the farm team, suppliers, contractors and support office
- Help maintain organised office and administration areas
- Promote safe work practices and support a positive team culture
About You
You’ll be organised, dependable and enjoy being the person who helps keep things running behind the scenes. You'll bring:
- Experience in administrative support, with agriculture or agribusiness experience an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with staff, suppliers and contractors
- Confidence using business systems and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, dependable and professional approach to work
Training / Qualifications – Desirable

Certificate II or III in Business Administration, Agriculture or a related field
- WHS and/or First Aid training

An important addition to this is supporting land transformation as we look to optimise efficient irrigation opportunities along with scale environmental plantings and livestock operations across this region.
