We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Leading Hand to join our team.
Oversee plumbing works across a range of commercial projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber who enjoys leading teams, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and delivering projects safely and efficiently.
About the Role
As a Plumbing Leading Hand, you will be responsible for supervising plumbers and apprentices on site, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews across multiple sites
- Coordinate daily work schedules and site activities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and drainage systems
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and plumbing regulations
- Mentor and train apprentices and junior plumbers
- Liaise with project managers, builders, and clients
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety
- Order materials and manage site resources as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Plumber
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and work autonomously
- Experience in commercial and/or residential plumbing projects
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
