We are looking for a experienced Waiter Supervisors to oversee and support the front-of-house team in delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, customer relation skills, experience in ensuring smooth dining operations and uphold high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Training
Supervise and coordinate waitstaff during shifts.
Train new and existing team members on service standards and restaurant policies.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Assist in scheduling and managing shift rotations.
Customer Service & Guest Experience
Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and high-quality service.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a welcoming and professional dining atmosphere.
Support waitstaff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Operations & Quality Control
Ensure tables are set and maintained according to restaurant standards.
Monitor order accuracy, food presentation, and service efficiency.
Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations in dining areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Waiter Supervisor or senior waitstaff role.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer concerns. Good customer relations.
Knowledge of restaurant service standards and food safety regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
