Casual Position available | Springwood, Bucklands Retirement Village & Emu Plains
We’re on the lookout for a 5 star Café All Rounder - with Barista experience, to join our growing team across our Springwood, Bucklands and Emu Plains locations.
If you’ve got café experience, great customer service, and don’t mind an early start, we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll need:
– Experience in a fast-paced café or hospitality setting
– Barista skills are essential for this role (you must be confident on the machine)
– Must be available weekdays and weekends — this role isn’t suitable for school students or persons with limited availability
– A customer-first attitude and strong work ethic
– Reliable transport & flexibility to work across all locations
– Comfortable with early starts and on-call shifts
– RSA is a bonus, not a dealbreaker

If you are the successful candidate for this position you will be employed on a casual basis with the opportunity for permanent shifts within the upcoming months. Rostered shifts will be between the hours of 5am - 3:30pm across all our locations as required.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $28.00 – $36.00 per hour
