We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Disability and Rehabilitation) to join our Adelaide-based team. This role involves delivering clinical nursing care, supporting rehabilitation programs, and working collaboratively with allied health professionals and support staff to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide holistic nursing care to clients with disability and rehabilitation needs
· Undertake clinical assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluations
· Administer medications and monitor health conditions in accordance with clinical guidelines
· Support rehabilitation and recovery programs in collaboration with allied health professionals
· Deliver education and guidance to clients, families, and support workers
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting systems
· Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, workplace health and safety, and clinical governance requirements
· Promote client independence, dignity, and community participation
Skills & Qualifications
· Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
· Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in disability, aged care, rehabilitation, or community nursing
· Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
· Current First Aid and CPR certification
· National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $72,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
