A newly created role has become available for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.
You will be managing the day to day trading activity on the White Fox sites globally while leading a team of Website Merchandiser’s. Reporting to our Director's, this role is responsible for the trading activity on each White Fox website which includes Australia and USA with further international and device expansions planned.

Key Responsibilities

Own daily trading performance across all White Fox Shopify sites, with a clear read on traffic, conversion, AOV, Bounce rates, trends and patterns

Lead and develop the eCommerce team, setting clear processes and standards for how work gets done

Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies. Building scalable, documented workflows

Drive site merchandising, category management, onsite search and content execution within brand guidelines

Be an expert in Shopify's tooling, and when to leverage 3rd parties and integrated apps

Partner with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing to align the trading plan with product and campaign priorities

Monitor and be accountable for site health, troubleshoot issues fast and ensure all stock is displayed correctly at all times

Build and execute a CRO and UX testing roadmap. Running A/B tests, analysing results and presenting findings

Conduct regular competitor reviews to stay ahead of the market

Contribute to the CRM roadmap to improve customer lifetime value
Requirements

Hands-on Shopify expertise. You know the platform deeply and have used it to drive real sales growth

A process-first mindset. You look at how things are done and immediately see how to make them better

Experience managing and mentoring an eCommerce team

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear decisions

Solid understanding of onsite Merchandising, Search, CRO and UX principles

Experience with merchandising tools and customer data platforms

Highly organised, self-directed and comfortable working at pace in a fast-growing brand
