Role Overview:
The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations within the business, ensuring excellence in customer service, staff management, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in hospitality, coffee expertise, and a passion for driving business growth. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, effectively manage diverse teams, and adapt to the fast-paced demands of our rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Drive customer service standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships, and inventory control for cost efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and service standards.
- Develop and execute strategies for product innovation and menu development.
- Set and achieve business goals related to sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve conflicts effectively, maintaining a harmonious workplace.
- Adapt to working under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively lead and collaborate with diverse personalities to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost management.
- Weekly meetings with senior management to discuss financial KPI's and areas of improvement in the business.

- Extensive experience in hospitality operations, with a focus on coffee and food service.
