At CHRG, maintaining the highest standards of integrity across our gaming operations is critical. To support this commitment, we are expanding our Gaming Compliance team and are seeking an AML Compliance Coordinator to join the team.
Reporting to the Group Head of Risk and working closely with the AML Analyst, this role will provide essential administrative and operational support for CHRG’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an experienced administrator looking to develop a career in compliance, risk, or financial crime prevention. You don’t need previous AML experience; structured training, guidance and ongoing support will be provided along with the opportunity for ongoing career development.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the AML Analyst with the completion of:
- Daily transaction monitoring and analysis
- Investigations of unusual, suspicious, or highrisk customer behaviour
- Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) and PEP / Sanctions screenings

Maintaining accurate, complete, and confidential compliance records

Supporting updates to AML procedures, templates, and administrative processes
