Above All Group is a Sydney-based maintenance and building company providing responsive repair, maintenance and renovation services across residential, strata and commercial properties.
We work with property managers, strata managers, facility managers and homeowners to deliver reliable building maintenance solutions across a wide range of trades.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Building Estimator / Site Assessor to join our team on a part-time basis.
The Role
This is a field-based role focused on site inspections, scope preparation and estimating.
You will attend properties across Sydney, identify maintenance and building defects, assess repair requirements and prepare accurate quotations for our clients.
This role is ideal for an experienced builder, site supervisor, insurance assessor or trade-qualified professional looking for flexible part-time work.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend residential, strata and commercial property inspections
- Identify building defects and maintenance requirements
- Measure and document works required
- Prepare detailed scopes of work
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing where required
- Prepare quotations using company systems
- Recommend repair and maintenance solutions
- Take site photographs and maintain inspection records
- Assist with tender and proposal preparation when required
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Minimum 5 years building industry experience
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction
- Ability to identify building defects and repair requirements
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Ability to work independently
Highly Regarded
- Builder's Licence
- Carpentry qualification
- Insurance repair experience
- Strata maintenance experience
- Experience estimating maintenance and remedial works
- Experience using Tradify, ServiceM8 or similar systems
