Warren Business House Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Accommodation and Hospitality Manager to join its hospitality operations for multiple venues in Orana, NSW region (Coonamble / Warren). The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences by managing front office operations, housekeeping, reservations, property maintenance, staff performance, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Tasks Include
· Manage the daily operations of the accommodation facility, ensuring high standards of guest service.
· Manager and oversee reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities.
· Supervise property maintenance, security arrangements, and the overall presentation of the premises.
· Recruit, train, roster, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain operational efficiency and service excellence.
· Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS), food safety (where applicable), and other relevant legislation.
· Manage budgets, purchasing, stock control, and operational expenses.
· Oversee financial administration, including invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
· Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
· Provide guests with information about local attractions, transportation, and tourism services, and assist with tour bookings where required.
· Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and service quality.
· Resolve guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, including assisting with transportation and travel-related enquiries.
Required Skills and Experience
· Relevant qualification in hospitality, hotel management, business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
· At least 1–2 years of relevant management experience in the accommodation or hospitality industry.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience with reservation and property management systems is highly desirable.
· Sound financial management and budgeting skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
· Knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and hospitality industry standards.
