Role Purpose:
Do you have a naturally positive and proactive attitude to life? Do you have an eye for detail coupled with a wish to create an exceptional experience for our guests by keeping our beautiful hotel sparkly and clean? If so, this may be the role for you! We are seeking a new Housekeeping Attendant and the role will report into our Housekeeping Manager and work within an effective and passionate team.
Responsibilities:

Create beautifully presented guest rooms by making beds, refreshing linen and towels, replenishing amenities and ensuring every detail is ready for arrival.

Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms, bathrooms and shared hotel spaces.

Work efficiently across allocated rooms and priorities, supporting smooth daily room turnaround and hotel operations.

Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism and discretion, helping create a comfortable and memorable stay.

Keep housekeeping trolleys, equipment and supplies organised, clean and ready for use.

Identify and report maintenance issues, damage or lost property so they can be addressed quickly.

Follow safe work practices, including correct chemical handling, manual handling and hygiene procedures.

Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and the wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Bring care, pride and attention to detail to every room, ensuring our guests experience the quality and personality expected at Crystalbrook Albion.
About you:
We are looking for previous housekeeping experience preferably from Hospitality, Tourism or Hotels. You will have engaging communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, flexible approach to problem solving, and thrive in a busy and productive work environment.
Visa Holders - we are seeking commitment to a minimum of 6 months employment (preferably longer)
Availability across a 7-day roster which does include weekends an public holidays
