Next Workplace is seeking an experienced Workplace Consultant to support the delivery of consulting services across workplace transformation, workplace operations and project delivery.This role is suited to an experienced workplace professional who has developed expertise across workplace change management, workplace project coordination and workplace operations. The successful candidate will work across multiple client engagements, supporting organisations to successfully plan, implement and sustain workplace initiatives from concept through to operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Change Management
- Support the design and delivery of organisational and workplace change strategies.
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communication and change readiness plans.
- Facilitate workshops, user engagement sessions and consultation activities.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change readiness assessments.
- Develop training materials and support adoption activities.
- Monitor change risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support post-implementation adoption and continuous improvement activities.
Workplace Project Coordination
- Coordinate the delivery of workplace projects across multiple client engagements.
- Prepare project documentation including project plans, schedules, risk registers, action logs and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and project governance activities.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets and deliverables.
- Support project managers and senior consultants with implementation activities.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting to a professional consulting standard.
Workplace Operations
- Assess existing workplace operational practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop workplace operating procedures, governance documentation and operational frameworks.
- Support clients transitioning to new workplace operating models.
- Coordinate workplace move and occupancy activities where required.
- Assist in developing workplace service delivery models and operational readiness plans.
- Contribute to workplace strategy and operational advisory services.
Consulting Services
- Manage relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality written reports, presentations and recommendations.
- Support business development activities including proposals and client presentations.
- Work across multiple consulting engagements while managing competing priorities.
- Represent Next Workplace professionally in client-facing environments.
Essential Experience
Applicants must demonstrate experience across all of the following areas:
- Minimum four years' experience delivering workplace consulting, workplace transformation or workplace services within a consulting or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting workplace change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning and organisational adoption activities.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating workplace or business projects, including project planning, reporting, governance and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in workplace operations, workplace services or facilities-related operational environments, including development or improvement of workplace operational processes.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across varying organisational levels.
- Experience preparing professional reports, presentations and client documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within a consulting environment.

Pay: $130,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
