Responsibility as an Associate Operations Analyst
Reporting to Senior Director of SaaS Support Operations, the Associate Operations Analyst is deploying application maintenance to Customer Production and Staging environments: These include patches, upgrades and application configuration changes. The work includes performing standardized sets of tasks based on a subset of defined global processes.
You are:
Dependable, trustworthy, meticulous and diligent in the execution of tasks, you follow through on each task from start to finish without a glitch. You are technically inclined with a strong desire to learn new skills. You have basic SQL and data base skills. A Database certifications a definite plus. Above all, you are someone who is not afraid to learn a new skill set or hone the skills you already have, in fact you seek those opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Monitor Operations dashboards for issues impacting production
- Research system and application event logs and provide snapshots to Customer Support and/or Development.
- Research database logs and provide snapshots to Customer Support and/or Development.
- Execute basic SQL scripts for external and internal customers
Experience with the following is a plus:
- High tech or restaurant industry experience
- Good working knowledge of systems.
- Operations experience.
Qualifications:
- Only Sydney, NSW AU based candidates will be considered
- At least 2 years working in technical field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent problem solving skills.
- Saturday Coverage
- Work week will alternate through the team between Monday through Friday and Tuesday through Saturday. Flexibility will be allowed for the days off.
- Saturday assignments required.
