HC/MC Truck Driver – Oversize Loads
Based in Seventeen Mile Rocks
About Stow’s Transport:
Stow’s Transport is a family-owned transport company that specializes in the safe and efficient transport for the Construction Industry including oversize loads. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Licensed HC/MC Driver with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our team. This full-time role is based at our Seventeen Mile Rocks yard, offering an opportunity to work with a supportive team and receive on-the-job training. While most of your time will be spent at local to the Brisbane and Gold Coast area, there will be occasional need for longer trips.
About the Role:
- Operate HC or MC truck
- Ensure proper load restraint
- Perform pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance
- Flexible work hours with occasional away trips
- Work within a small family orientated team
Minimum Requirements:
- Open HC or MC Licence
- Knowledge of load restraint
- Experience completing pre-start vehicle checks
- Well-presented and reliable
- Punctual and adaptable to changing work requirements
- Competent in completing paperwork, including work diaries
- Construction Blue/White Card or Willing to obtain
- 5 year's traffic history printout
